C & S to exhibit at The Commercial Vehicle Show

C & S equipment will be exhibiting at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC, Birmingham from Tuesday April 25th to Thursday April 27th. They can be found on stand 2110 adjacent to the restaurant in Hall 2.
Full details will be available on the stand of the new leasing and rental packages for
WALL-MAN® and
LIFTMAN™.
For those unfamiliar with the product a LIFTMAN™ will be on the stand for visitors to try for themselves.

C & S Equipment move to new premises

During the first week of March the business activities of C & S were relocated to new offices in rural Buckinghamshire.
Wingbury Courtyard Business Village, on the outskirts of Wingrave, offers increased space and resources to the company and is an important element in the expansion plans.
Wingbury Courtyard provides C & S Equipment with improved computer and telecommunications links and easy access to main line railway connections (30 minutes to London Euston), motorways (M25 30 minutes, M1 20 minutes) and airports
(Luton 35 minutes, Heathrow 40 minutes).

| C & S Equipment extend official distributorship arrangements with Reglo

During February C & S extended their agreement with Reglo as official distributor for the UK and Irish markets for
WALL-MAN® and LIFTMAN™ products.

New owners acquire C & S Equipment.

On February 23rd this year the transfer of ownership of C & S Equipment Ltd to Hampstone Ltd was completed when the business founder, Dick Skinner, sold the business and relinquished his role as Managing Director.
Dick will continue to work for C & S Equipment on a part time basis as a technical consultant.
Hampstone Ltd is owned jointly by Richard Melville and Charles Challinger who have plans to develop and expand the activities of C & S in the UK and Ireland.
Hampstone's Richard Melville commented 'We are delighted to have been able to acquire C & S which is a well managed, profitable and successful business since 1993. We now plan to build on that success and, together with our supplier
Reglo, move the whole enterprise to a new level.' |
